This is the advanced course advertised on Hot Pepper Gourmet.The menu includes seasonal appetizers, sashimi made with fresh fish sourced from the market and prepared that morning, beef tongue shabu-shabu, slow-cooked Kuroge Wagyu roast beef, and to finish, our signature dish, Kuroge Wagyu and specially selected eel hitsumabushi, made with "Gifu Hatsushimo" rice grown by our contracted farmers and our special tamari sauce.It can also be used for special occasions such as entertaining clients or celebrating anniversaries.

・Regardless of the number of people, if you cancel after 6:00 PM on the day before your visit, we will charge 100% of the course price per person.
For reservations of 6 or more people, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 3 days before the reservation date.
For reservations of 6 or more people, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 7 days before the reservation date.

For cancellations made after midnight on the day of your visit, a fee of 2000 yen per person will be charged.
For reservations of 6 or more people, a cancellation fee of 1000 yen will be charged for cancellations made less than 2 days before the reservation date.
