Advanced course provided by Hot Pepper Gourmet.Sashimi made from fresh fish purchased from the market and finished on the morning of the day, beef tongue shabu-shabu eaten with bonito soup, roast beef made with Kuroge Wagyu beef slowly cooked at a low temperature, and the final dish is ``Gifu Hatsushimo'' made by a contracted farmer and carefully selected tamari drippings. ・If you cancel 3 days after the reservation date for 6 or more people, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

・If you cancel 7 days after the reservation date for 6 or more people, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
