The menu includes sashimi made with fresh fish procured from the market and slaughtered that morning, beef tongue shabu-shabu served with bonito broth, roast beef made from Japanese black beef slowly cooked at low temperature, and to finish off, the specialty Japanese black beef hitsumabushi made with "Gifu Hatsushimo" produced by a contracted farmer and specially selected tamari sauce.It can also be used for special occasions such as business entertainment and anniversaries.

・If you cancel after 6pm on the day before your visit, regardless of the number of people, we will charge 100% of the course price per person.
・For reservations of 6 or more people, if you cancel after 3 days of the reservation date, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
・For reservations of 6 or more people, if you cancel after 7 days of the reservation date, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged.
